Banjo & Treatise. What in the world is this blog about, anyway?

Whether a current law student or a practicing attorney, we've all heard the unflattering statistics about lawyers. Among all professions, lawyers are consistently toward the top in such categories as rate of divorce, rate of suicide, alcohol/chemical dependency, among others. Throughout my time in law school, Chase has stressed the need for hobbies and enjoyments outside the legal profession. I myself have watched many activities that I once enjoyed fall by the wayside.  I've talked with attorneys who have claimed that their love of music kept them going in the roughest of times.

The goal of the blog is to provide an outlet for attorneys to connect, share, listen, and play music with one another.  It is my hope that the blog can serve as a community for lawyers who love good music.  The blog will feature “Attorney Spotlights” that will consist of testimonials by Kentucky attorneys relating to the profound effect music has had and continues to have on their lives.  Further, this blog will be used as a forum for viewers to share music with one another.
While the content of the blog will be weighted heavily toward Kentucky artists and attorneys, this will by no means serve as an absolute rule.  All are welcome.
